Mediterranean Life, By design

I Wish you were here!

a sound plot, a sharp design, a no-drama build.

the smartest way to own a home in Costa Blanca, hassle-free

1935

Louise was the first SUNseeker.

Louise did what most only dream of.

She left the grey hush of England, gathered her children, and landed alone on a Mediterranean island.

No map. No plan. No house.
Just the quiet certainty: life could be different.

Mornings: shutters clattering, salt and wild herbs in the air.
Lawrence at the table, pen in hand.
Gerald, barefoot, chasing lizards.
A house for arguments and laughter.

Shelter, not a showcase.

That spirit lingers here, along the Spanish coast. Some still feel the pull south, when routine no longer fits. Louise arrived with nothing but hope. Today, the journey begins differently.

Mother of the Durrells, giver of two storytellers,
a family remade by sunlight and freedom.

SUNseekers is for those who sense there is something more.
No explanations. No promises.
Just the quiet possibility of belonging.

No wondering. No searching.
But a clear focus.

A route.

A plan.

A house

And you.

If you can see yourself here
bare feet, cool tiles, coffee, sunlight.

1935

You don´t need more Pinterest.

You need fewer mistakes.

This isn’t a holiday.

This is your savings.
Your future.

Your one shot at something real.

And somewhere, quiet, in the back of your mind:

Have I got this wrong?
Are they taking me for a ride?
Will this save me—or sink me?

That voice is not paranoia. It's wisdom.

You’ve seen «A place in the sun»

Couple falls in love. Signs before lunch. Toasts with cava.

Funny how they never show the permits.
Or the extra olives no one mentioned.
Or the «For Sale» sign two years later.

There is a better way to move to Spain

You already feel it.

Not the friend of a friend.
Not the 3am knot in your stomach.
Not the zigzag of crossed fingers and hoping for the best.

A route. Clear. yours

The destination? You already know
bare feet, cool tiles, coffee, sunlight.

Costa Blanca

The only question is:

Where are you now?

I ‘m taking a siesta while my Costa Blanca home  takes shape.

A hammock.

A breeze.

Nowhere to be.

                             John.

All SUNseekers

SUNseeker(s) /ˈsʌnˌsiːkər(s)/

Said of someone who's carried a bit too much grey for a bit too long. Done with it. Craves sunlight like oxygen.
Not for the « two weeks a year» version of Spain, but
for the everyday:
slow mornings, lighter days, and a
home that feels like a proper cuppa in your hands.

3 minutes. One quiz. Your map, your plan, your home.
